OUR MAJORS

STUDIO ARTS

The studio arts program is a fusion of making art, conceptual thinking and entrepreneurial training. You will explore how to create visible manifestations of what you see, think, imagine or feel. Studio Arts is a way of influencing culture and making the world a better place for others through what you create.

Your program of studies includes drawing, design, color theory and the choice of concentrations in ceramics, painting, printmaking, drawing and sculpture. You will also study art theory and art history as a way of understanding more deeply how art making is changing and influencing culture. We also have individual 10’ x 12’ private studio spaces available for all studio majors.
